I love pink martini, but this performance was off

First, I will NEVER go to the beacon theater again. The rudest crowd I have ever seen. People walking in and talking for the first 45 minutes of the performance. Arguments, ushers walking back and forth. Every two minutes the doors next to us were opening and the noise people were making in lobby was so loud, I couldn’t hear the band at all. Ushers even at one point we’re talking with each other while propping the door open. Band tried hard, but acoustics were awful. Too much merch pushing, same stories we heard two years ago.
